Documenting and promoting experiments in arts, craft, and tech (mainly electronics) in a workshop on beautiful Gabriola Island.
Gabriola Gadgets is me, Konrad Mauch, a retired electronics engineer and technology entrepreneur aspiring to nurture his artisanal interests and to continue his interest in the application of technology. Materials and techniques come from woodworking, electronics, paper crafts, metalsmithing, and more. All works are made by hand (with help from lots of tools!) on Gabriola Island.
